HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM
SCREEN PRINTING
AND EMBROIDERY
Ordering from Screen-printing.us is as easy as 1-2-3! Below is our basic process to use to create your custom screen printed or embroidered garments. If you have any questions or concerns; you can visit our Frequently Asked Questions page or call us at 800.810.4692 or Contact Us via email.
1. Start by using our instant Online Quote System to find what you are looking for. Click on Start Order once you receive a quote you are happy with. Enter your information and then click send. A customer service representative will contact you with in one business day to process your order.
2. Upload your art. You can go to our Art Upload page to get us your artwork fast. If you do not have artwork...no problem! Just give us your exact vision and ideas and our art department will make it happen. Click HERE to view some of our recommended screen printing stock fonts.
3. There are three different ways you can place your order:
-EMAIL US: As soon as you Contact Us, a customer service representative will respond and be available to answer any questions.
-CALL US: You can place your order with one of our customer service representatives by calling 1.800.810.4692 or 515.251.6999 during regular business hours.
-COME AND SEE US: Our showroom is located at 4133 Merle Hay Road in Des Moines, Iowa; open Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm Central Standard Time.
4. The art department will have a ready to view composition of your artwork within 24 hours or less. (Complex jobs may take longer)
5. View and approve your artwork through our Art Approval page or make changes to your designs if needed.
6. As soon as the approval of the artwork has been received your order will be printed or sewn within 6 business days and shipped to you the following day.
