FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How big can I print on a
garment?
The standard t-shirt print is 12.5" wide. Print dimensions are
dependent on the location and detail of the design. Click
HERE for a
better look at print dimensions for different garments.
I have several designs,
do they all add up as one order?
Each design is treated and priced as a separate order.
Can I get a screen sample
of my design?
Through our
online approval system you can view
your artwork before the product is actually printed. If you would
rather have the physical sample in hand, you are able to do a
minimum order of 6 pieces.
If there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a 6-piece minimum order.
Please contact a customer services representative for more
information prices/prices breaks.
What happens if I cancel
my order?
There is a $50 cancellation fee as well
as a 20% restocking fee for ordered garments.
What is the turn-around
time?
After you approve your artwork; allow 6
business days for your order to be complete. Your order will ship on
the next business day. Delivery time varies depending on your
location.
What types of art files
do you accept?
Vector art built in Adobe Illustrator: .eps
or .ai files are the best to send. We also have a wide range of file
types we can use. You can visit our Art Information Page for a
complete list.
Are there any shipping
fees?
Shipping is free for orders less than
999 garments via UPS ground to anywhere in the US, except Alaska or
Hawaii. We also provide free shipping to military APO addresses. If
you need shipping outside of these parameters, shipping fees
may
apply.
Are there any art fees?
Custom art is free with any apparel
order; however, if your design is complex there may be a $199
charge. Complex art can take more than 24 hours for our art
department to complete.
