EMBROIDERY SERVICES
Embroidery is a great way to customize t-shirts, polos, denim, and dress shirts with your custom design or logo. Embroidery prices are calculated on a per stitch basis. The stitch count indicates the amount of time required to embroider garments. The lower the stitch count, the lower the cost! Custom designs are normally completed within 24 hours and will be posted on our online Art Approval Directory for approval page.
Here are some examples of embroidery techniques:
Satin Stitch Embroidery
Satin stitch is used on
simple designs and gives a smooth clean satin finish, and is often
used for lettering and creates a lower stitch count.
Step-Satin Stitch Embroidery
Step-satin stitch is used
when creating a large design that is
3 inches or larger. Step satin
is made up of smaller stitches that fill a larger area. This stitch
removes the chance of snags
or allowing your design to be
susceptible to everyday wear. Click

Layered 3D Embroidery
Layered 3D embroidery is
attained by doubling the stitch count on a design; which makes the
design thicker. This technique works best on thinner materials that
will be washed regularly, such as oxfords, polos, and sweatshirts.
Puff 3D Embroidery
Puff 3D embroidery uses a
foam underlining to reach an great three dimensional effect. This
application also requires the thread count to double, so that the
foam will not be exposed through the tread. Puff 3D embroidery works best with block or large round
shaped letters, and thick materials such as hats, bags, and thicker
